Screens for windows
Fixed framed screens suit windows where no outside access is required. A vertical roller screen retracts into a cassette when the window is closed or the net is not wanted.
The screen has to clear the window handle and leave the window free to open. Where a persiana is already fitted, its guides and shutter movement must also remain clear. More information about shutters is available on the persianas page.
Mosquito nets can be fitted alongside new windows or added to many existing frames.
Screens for patio and sliding doors
A door used throughout the day needs a screen that opens without becoming an obstruction. Pleated nets fold to the side while sliding screen panels move along their own track.

Several screens or one large opening
Danny supplies mosquito nets in Jávea, Moraira, Dénia and Benitachell. One screen can often be discussed from photographs and approximate dimensions. Several windows or a broad patio opening may require a site visit.
For new work, send a clear photograph of the complete window or door. Include the approximate size and property location.
Repairs to an existing mosquito net
Torn mesh can sometimes be replaced while retaining a sound frame and cassette. Roller screens may become stiff or fail to retract. Pleated nets can come out of their guides or become difficult to close.
